The final event is a brilliant evening reception at the Baha Mar resort on the white sandy beaches of Cable Beach. It was here that Kate decided to present to the public her most important trump card of her wardrobe — a shimmering turquoise satin dress with bows tied on the shoulder from the British brand Phillipa Lepley. Another tribute to the national flag of the host country.

Shortly after arriving, William fulfilled his duty and, on behalf of the Queen grandmother, presented commemorative platinum medals to the heads of emergency services in the Bahamas.

But not everything is so rosy on the royal tour. For the first time, the royal line faced a negative reaction to its visit. During each stop, they were invariably accompanied by crowds of activists opposing the rule of Elizabeth II, the abolition of the colonial past and the expansion of the rights of indigenous peoples.
