A game of contrasts performed by Bruno Cialelli

Every season, Lanvin creative director Bruno Cialelli dedicates his collections to the work of Jeanne Lanvin — he draws inspiration from her style and archival works of the fashion house. The new autumn-winter collection was no exception — Lanvin’s legacy could be traced in every image presented on the catwalk in Paris.

The main idea of the collection was the contrasts of colors, textures and shapes. Bright fur coats and raincoats were combined with textured overalls, leather shirts — with soft sheepskin coats, and trousers — with silk linings and fluffy blouses with a print. In addition, Sialelli was inspired by the cinema of the pre-war years and Egyptian Art Deco.
